“Alternatīva” Short Film Competition | Awards Ceremony and Film Screening | Forum Cinemas

The “Alternatīva” Short Film Competition is an exciting and creative event for children and young people aged 10 to 25. It offers an opportunity to find inspiration, experiment, and explore the world of cinema, while developing creative thinking, self-expression, and the skills to create audiovisual stories.

As part of the competition, participants were invited to create and submit short films up to 5 minutes in length, freely choosing the genre and technique. During the event, audiences will be treated to a program of films created for the competition, featuring vibrant and original works, as well as an awards ceremony honoring the best of the best.
