Baltic Pitching Forum 2015

BALTIC PITCHING FORUM is a unique platform of networking and bringing the newest short film projects from the Baltics into the spotlight. This Forum creates a space where film directors and producers can present their short film projects in order to attract active European producers, TV commissioners, fund representatives, VoD programmers and distributors.

How to apply for Baltic Pitching Forum:

- Eligible applications are scripts of ideas for short fiction or animation films up to 30min;

- The director must be of Baltic origin;

- FThe director has to have done at least one short film previous to the BPF application;

- The deadline for submissions is August 1*;

- Both the application and the suplements (the script, film idea, etc.) has to be in English;

- The application has to include information on the producer, film budget and possible co-funding

 

Applcications will be viewed first by each country seperately and then together. The final selection will be announced on September 1.

Baltic Pitching Forum will take place during the "Vilnius Film Shorts" festival in Vilnius, Lthuania, October 9 - 10, 2015

The Baltic Pitching Forum consists of one-day pitching training (October 9) and one-day pitching sessions of the selected projects alongside one-to-one meetings with film professionals from all over Europe (October 10).

 

Two of the best submissions will be awarded with the opportunity to further present their project at one out of two most prestigious pitching forums in Europe:
