Baltijas konkursa mērķis ir izcelt un godināt Baltijas valstu talantīgākos īsfilmu veidotājus, piedāvājot skatītājiem daudzveidīgu un aizraujošu kino pieredzi.

Baltijas īsfilmu konkurss ir nozīmīga festivāla daļa, kas veltīta Latvijas, Lietuvas un Igaunijas režisoru darbiem. Šeit tiek demonstrētas filmas, kas izceļas ar oriģinalitāti, māksliniecisko kvalitāti un spēju atspoguļot Baltijas reģiona kultūras bagātību.
